The Role

As a Agency Manager, you manage all aspects of the agency's business, including staffing, database management, customer communication and the effective use of all resources available to you and your team. You will be a vital link between clients across Victoria and top-tier candidates seeking their next career move within the hospitality industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Business Development – Use your industry expertise and key account management skills to bring in current clients and grow your portfolio




- Candidate Management – Source, interview, and support top hospitality talent across Melbourne and regional Victoria
- Client Management – Build and maintain long-term partnerships with businesses of all sizes
- Performance Targets – Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly sales goals designed to set you up for success
