The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Electrician with genuine solar and battery credentials to join the team and play a key role in the continued growth of the solar division.

This is a handsonrole for a strongallrounderwho is comfortable across residential and commercial work, experienced in solar PV and battery storage installations and capable of leading and developing apprentices on site. You will have the autonomy to manage your work, the support of a close-knit team and the opportunity to take real ownership of a growing part of the business.

What You'll Be Doing





- Installing and commissioning solar PV and battery storage systems across residential and commercial sites
- Fault finding and diagnostics across residential and commercial electrical systems
- Residential and commercial installations,maintenanceand recent builds
- Leading,supervisingand mentoring apprentices on site
- Managing job delivery from start to finish
- Data cabling,securityand general electrical work asrequired
- Contributing to the growth and development of the solar division

What We're Looking For

- Full NSW Electrical Licence - essential
- Clean Energy Council (CEC) solar and battery accreditation - essential
- Minimum 4 to 5 years post-trade experience
- Proven residential and commercial electrical background
- Demonstrated experience with solar PV and battery storage installation and commissioning
- Proventrack recordof leading and mentoring apprentices
- Strong fault finding and diagnostics capability
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Current NSW driver's licence
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
