AusConnect Underground Services is currently seeking experiencedDirectional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourersto join our growing team based in Caboolture.
We deliverunderground utilities and civil infrastructure projectsacross QLD and the Eastern Seaboard, offering secure work, a solid pipeline of projects, and opportunities to grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintaindirectional drilling equipment (HDD)
Operateexcavators and civil machineryfor trenching and site works
Performgeneral labouring dutiesas required on‐site
Assist with installation ofunderground utilities and services
Follow allWHS requirements and safety procedures
Work as part of areliable and productive crew
Skills & Experience
Experience inDirectional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction
ValidDriver's Licence - MR, HR, HC or MC (essential)
ConstructionWhite Card (essential)




Relevant high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
Strong commitment toworkplace safety
Ability to work in ateam environment and follow direction
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to contribute across tasks
