Angular Front-End Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Angular Front-End Technical Lead to spearhead the design, architecture, and development of a new digital web application. This role requires a strong technical leader with a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies, proven expertise in Angular, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will bring both hands‑on coding expertise and leadership skills to deliver scalable, innovative, and user‑centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front‑end framework for a new digital web application
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front‑end engineers, promoting best practices and ensuring high‑quality code delivery
- Drive the adoption of modern front‑end technologies and frameworks, with a strong focus on Angular
- Establish and oversee coding standards, tools, and platforms to ensure efficient development and collaboration
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural and design principles
- Evaluate digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front‑end development tasks
- Partner closely with product managers, designers,



and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and optimization challenges
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the product and team at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Front‑End Technical Lead or Architect, with expertise in the Angular framework
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience in leading and mentoring front‑end engineers in complex projects
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic workplace
