JD Sports is seeking a Cluster Visual Merchandise Manager for the Gold Coast and South Brisbane region. You will lead and develop the in-store VM teams across five stores, driving premium visual standards and translating commercial decisions into sales growth.

You will recruit and upskill Visual Merchandisers, collaborate with Area Managers, Buying and Marketing, and oversee campaign execution while visiting stores regularly to identify priorities and uphold JD standards.
