Deliver a "Gold Standard" customer experience at every touchpoint.
Who You Are
You are a closer with a "consultative" demeaner.
You understand that F&I; is the engine room of dealership profitability and you thrive under the pressure of a quick-paced floor.
Experienced: Deep knowledge of automotive retail F&I; and current legislative requirements.
Driven: A "hunter" mindset when it comes to targets, but a "pro" when it comes to compliance.
Agile: You have the energy to lift the room and the communication skills to build instant rapport.
Adaptable: Ready to work weekends (with Sunday loading) to capture peak trading periods.
