Duties
- Providetherapy services across a variety of referral types and programs.
- Delivergroup-based and individual therapeutic counselling and healing servicesfor male and female consumers aged 5-75.
- Deliverin-office and outreach therapeutic services via face-to-face andtelehealth modes as appropriate.
- Undertakebest-practice assessment, care planning, care reviews, report writing andtherapeutic service delivery.
- Workcollaboratively with other services and community members to enhanceculturally appropriate, safe and responsive therapeutic services.
- Employprofessional knowledge while considering ethical, legal and professionalmatters.
- Participatein quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of service.
- Demonstratehigh standards in communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Workeffectively with people from diverse groups across the lifespan.
- Managea caseload within a supervised and supported team environment.
- Developlinks and collaborate in partnership with a range of stakeholders.
- CurrentAHPRA or AASW registration
- Willingnessto complete pre-employment screening, including Criminal History, BlueCard,
and Queensland Disability Worker Screening / NDIS Worker Screening(or eligibility/pending approvals)
- Currentdriver’s licence
- Experienceor willingness to engage and work with First Nations families andcommunities
