Unisson Disability is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join teams in Western Sydney, including The Ponds, Kellyville and Stanhope Gardens.
The role supports clients with disabilities living in shared homes, following an active support model to promote independence and wellbeing.
Key activities include helping with daily living, cooking, cleaning and personal care, enabling community access, and documenting care activity.
Night shifts, weekends and public holidays may be required.
