Lansvale Motor Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Interpreter/Storeperson to join our growing Parts Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
You'll receive on the- ob training while learning all aspects of automotive parts interpretation, customer service and inventory management/warehousing.

About the Role
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive hands-on training and be responsible for learning to:
Assist workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers with parts enquiries
Learn to identify and interpret automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systems
Build relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone,



and via email
Develop knowledge of ERA DMS and manufacturer systems

Ability to work well in a team workplace
Basic computer skills
No previous Parts Interpreter experience is required we'll provide the training and support your need to succeed.
