We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team at National Workforce in Padstow, NSW.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients.
You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring our clients' needs are met.What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service deliveryProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base to drive revenue growthDevelop and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirementsEffectively communicate client feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to shape product and service developmentAccurately forecast sales and revenue, and report on key performance metricsCollaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of company goalsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in an account management or client-facing sales role,
