AMIGA Montessori Mount Waverley is looking for a passionate and capable Centre Manager to lead our centre and support a positive, high-performing team.

About the role As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the service. You will work closely with your leadership team, educators, families and AMIGA’s support teams to maintain a secure, welcoming and high-quality environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting and developing a capable and collaborative team
- Promoting a positive workplace culture built on respect, accountability and teamwork
- Maintaining a strong focus on child safety, compliance and quality practice
- Building trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
- Supporting enrolments, occupancy and the overall performance of the service
- Demonstrating experience managing rosters and wages with consideration of wage-to-revenue targets and ratio requirements
- Providing coaching and performance development to support team capability
- Working closely with the educational leadership team to support high-quality Montessori practice
- Ensuring the service meets all regulatory, operational and organisational requirements

About you
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager, or significant experience as a 2IC with the capability and readiness to step into a Centre Manager role
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant regulations
- A clear understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing early childhood teams
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to manage competing priorities and make considered decisions
- A genuine commitment to child safety and high-quality early childhood education and care
