We are looking for an energetic and driven young person to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Sales Executive. In this role, you will learn how to generate new business and to manage existing client relationships across our portfolio of print solutions and communication technology products . You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to identify and develop new business opportunities across all product lines
- Learn how to conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Learn to sell a range of office technology solutions, including multifunction photocopiers, print management tools, VoIP systems, CCTV & Alarm solutions, and related services
- Learn to build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Learn how to prepare proposals, quotes, and solution recommendations
- Learn how to manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with administration and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates,
and competitor offerings

- Structured and disciplined
- Enthusiasm to develop a strong understanding of office technology and/or communication technology systems
- Excellent communication skills. Capability to develop strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of reaching or exceeding goals (professional and/or personal)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain robust relationships
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to travel (the territory includes Albury and Wagga Wagga)
- Working With Children check.
