Your new role

As a Junior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with an experienced Contract Administrator and Project Team to support the successful delivery of major residential developments. This role offers exposure to all aspects of contract administration and provides an excellent platform for someone looking to establish a long-term career in construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with invoice processing, variations and progress claims
- Supporting subcontractor and supplier management
- Assisting with project administration and reporting




- Working within industry-leading construction management systems
- Providing general support to the project delivery team

What you'll need to succeed

- Construction Management qualification or currently studying
- Trade background with relevant construction experience will also be considered
- Previous exposure to commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive, team-focused attitude
