About the Role
We are looking for a motivated team member to join our bakery team and develop their skills in a professional artisan bakery environment.
The role includes:
- Working across a rotating roster throughout the week
- Some early morning starts (5:00am) on selected days depending on the production schedule — not every day
- Finishing earlier on early-start days and enjoying afternoons free
- Learning and supporting different areas of bakery production
- Working alongside experienced bakers with ongoing training and guidance
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Contributing ideas, creativity, and passion to our evolving menu
