Cobden Health is seeking a part time Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant (0.6 FTE) to join our Residential Aged Care team in Cobden, Victoria. You will plan, coordinate and deliver engaging activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social connection for residents.

Ideal candidates will have a qualification in Individual Support or related field, plus experience with older people in aged care, strong communication skills and a current Victorian driver licence.
