The Role
We are seeking a qualified Workshop Technician to join our Melbourne-based Food Equipment Service Team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial food service appliances and have any relevant trade licenses (refrigeration or electrical preferred).

Key Responsibilities
As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and completing all workshop pre-delivery activities, including checklists, photos, and QA processes
- Overseeing all administration tasks associated with job completion
- Liasing with internal teams to co-ordinate scheduling requirements
- Managing customer repair jobs within the workshop, including quoting
- Coordinating with Warehouse teams on logistics and equipment preparation




- Supporting Service Offices with administrative tasks
- Mentoring and training apprentices (in conjunction with the State Service Manager)
- Some field service work may be required at times (in co-ordination with State Service Manager)

Location
This role is based in our workshop based in St Kilda

Qualifications & Attributes
To be considered, you will need:

- Relevant trade licenses in VIC (essential ).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally, experience in the food industry.
- A willingness to learn, upskill, and share knowledge with the team.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
