You will be able to assist the Head Chef and Kitchen team in the smooth and effective running of our kitchen.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong background in modern cooking
- Ability to run the service and kitchen
- Strong leadership
- Proven ability to maintain high and consistent food standards, volume and quality
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Organization, communication, OH&S; and training skills
- Work within a friendly, organized team with unlimited support from management.
