About the Role

We’re on the hunt for skilled Hydraulic Cylinder Fitters for an ongoing casual workshop based position, working with a fast-paced Mining Services business supporting major operations across the region. This is a hands‑on role focused on the overhaul, repair, and testing of hydraulic cylinders.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Overhaul, strip, assess, and rebuild hydraulic cylinders
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to a high standard
- Replace seals, rods, barrels, and associated components
- Pressure testing and quality checks prior to dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
- Work closely with a tight‑knit team

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Proven experience working with hydraulic cylinders
- Solid fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong focus on safety
