We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium building products including plywood, hardwood flooring, formply and steel formwork, with operations across Australia and Recent Zealand.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Internal Sales qualified to join our team at our Smeaton Grange Branch.
This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and providing seamless sales and administrative support to customers across the region.Your RoleAs an Internal Sales, you will play a key role in supporting customers and the external sales team by:Processing inbound sales orders via phone, email and over the counterAssisting Account Managers with order entry, customer follow-up and coordinationResponding to customer enquiries with timely and accurate informationMaintaining sales and customer records within company systemsPreparing reports, quotes and updating customer databasesCoordinating warranty claims and liaising with internal teamsSupporting showroom displays, brochures and sales materials as requiredWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in internal sales,
