Austin Health is seeking a Mental Health/AOD Clinician (RPN3) for the Hamilton Centre on a permanent part time basis. You will work with the Program Manager, Nurse Practitioner and Consultants to support consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs, including coordinating referrals and delivering education to teams.

The Hamilton Centre provides addiction medicine assessments, capacity building across Loddon Mallee and Northeast Metro, and aims to integrate care between
