The Role - Experienced Dental Assistant

We're looking for Experienced Dental Assistants who are ready to take the lead. This role is ideal for people with experience who are ready for a new challenge or are looking to step into more responsibility and help shape the clinical team's success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Being part of the smooth daily operations of the clinical area
- Assisting with clinical stock, ordering, and inventory control with guidance from senior team members.
- Supporting and mentoring dental assistants and new team members




- Upskilling the team and driving a strong training culture
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and assisting dentists to become more efficient
- Leading by example in patient care, infection control, and clinical excellence

You'll play a hands-on role, both in the clinic and behind the scenes, and have a direct impact on the patient and team experience.

We're looking for people who are:

- Highly experienced in chairside assisting
- A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about helping others and improving team performance
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Always looking for ways to improve systems and outcomes
