What you’ll be doing

- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Focusing on driving Drive-Thru operation excellence at scale.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
- Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
- Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager with a focus on Drive-Thru restaurants




- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A passion for great customer service and thriving in a rapid-paced environment
- Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters - no late nights or early mornings
