White Oak is expanding its in-home care team in the Sydney area and seeks compassionate Community Support Workers.
You will travel between clients, following care plans to deliver personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and social support in clients' homes.Preferred candidates have Cert III in Aged Care, NDIS screening, and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
A WA driving licence and a reliable vehicle are required, with flexibility for 20+ hours per week.
