Blue Iris Support Services is seeking a motivated Junior Support Manager in Toowoomba, QLD. The role offers structured training, mentoring, and a transparent pathway to progression into a fully autonomous Support Manager role within a growing disability services team.

You will manage a developing caseload of NDIS participants, build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, attend reviews, and support with risk assessments and documentation to ensure NDIS compliance.
