An internal promotion has created an opportunity for an ambitious construction qualified to join one of Melbourne's well‐established commercial builders.
Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.
The Project
Your first project will be a multi‐level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team.
From there, you'll continue working across high‐quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:
Design management
Head contract administration
Subcontract management
Cost planning and forecasting
Programme management
Client and consultant liaison
Project reportingLeading and mentoring the project team




This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.
We're Looking For
This prospect would suit someone who is:
A Senior Contract Administrator ready to become a Project Manager
A Senior Project Coordinator from a Tier 1 contractor wanting greater ownership
A Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder looking to join a larger business
To be considered you will have
Proven experience delivering multi‐level apartment projects
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to build relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients
A genuine desire to progress your career
