and recreational activities.Follow individual support plans while promoting choice, dignity, and person-centered care.Observe and report changes in participants' wellbeing and communicate effectively with the wider support team.Build positive, respectful relationships with participants, their families, and colleagues.QualificationsMinimum 3 months' experience in disability, or mental health supportCert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)Current First Aid & CPRNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children CheckDriver's license and reliable vehicle with CTP insuranceA valuable sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)Join a team that believes support work should be equal parts heart, humor, and hustle.
