About the Role
Concept Care is an established NDIS registered provider supporting participants with complex care, high intensity as well as behavioural supports across the Sydney metropolitan area.
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for bothFull-Time and Casual rolesto support participants with complex and high intensity support needs in their homes and community.
You will assist people to live safely, independently, and with dignity while promoting choice, control, and wellbeing.
We are particularly seeking workers experienced in supporting participants with:
Complex care and high-support needsIntellectual disability and Autism (ASD)Physical disabilityMental health conditionsAcquired Brain Injury (ABI)MS, MND and neurological conditions
Key Duties
Personal care and daily living supportPEG feeding, catheter, bowel and stoma careMedication prompts and supportCommunity access, transport, and social participationManual handling and mobility assistanceAccurate documentation and reporting
Shifts Available




Full-Time & Casual positions availableShifts between6:00 AM – 10:00 PMOvernight shifts (sleepover/active) where requiredWeekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
About You
Experience in disability support (essential)Experience with complex behaviours and high-care needs (highly regarded)Calm, reliable, and skilled under pressureStrong communication and de-escalation skillsRespectful, person-centred approachWilling to learn and work as part of a teamNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking With Children Check (WWCC)National Police CheckFirst Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)Current Australian Driver's LicenceReliable, insured vehicle (non-negotiable)Ability to travel across the Sydney Metropolitan AreaAbility to transport participants when required
