We are seeking a passionate and motivated Career Advisor to join our dynamic team working across, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Pakenham sites, this full-time position plays a key role in supporting participants to achieve lasting employment outcomes.

About the Role

As a Career Advisor , you will work closely with employers and participants to create life-changing opportunities. You'll identify, develop, and maintain strong employer relationships, helping match candidates to meaningful, inclusive roles that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and address participants vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment and career objectives
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new employment opportunities
- Provide employers with recruitment advice and workforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively job match participants to vacancies
- Support participants in developing employability skills, including communication, time management, resume writing and interview techniques
- Delivering ongoing post-placement support, including workplace mentoring and training coordination
- Building relationships with community organisations and stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with IEA program standards
