Auto Door Control Services are a family-owned company that has been providing expert door installation and repair services for over 25 years throughout Victoria. As a team we pride ourselves on our dedication to quality service and customer relationships.

We are currently seeking the services of a full-time Service Technician to join our growing service department.

This position will involve Commissioning/Installation, Breakdown, Preventative Maintenance of Automatic Doors and Manual Commercial entry systems.

While experience in this industry is desirable, we can offer extensive in-house training and technical support if you have other transferable skills. This may include experience in trades such as electrical, building, security installations, IT, vehicle repair or roller shutter installations.

While being based in Bendigo, work may be within a 300km radius so a willingness to travel overnight as needed for installations and servicing would be required. Renumeration is negotiable subject to experience and ability.

Successful applicants will be supplied (following training) with a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform and required tools of the trade.

Employment Requirements:





- High level of technical ability required
- Current Driver's License (manual preferred)
- White Card
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- High standard of attention to detail
- The ability to manage your time effectively
- Be willing to follow all company and OH&S; procedures
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Some Heavy lifting will be required
- Annual Influenza shot will be required

We offer 24/7 Breakdown service to our customers and as part of our service team you will be required to carry out after hours work and be available for reasonable overtime as required, and also on the after hours on call roster.

Please note: As a pre-requisite for this role all candidates need to be able to prove they are an Australian Citizens and hold a current drivers license. Candidates will also be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug screen as well as a National Criminal Check, Working with Children Check and Driver History Check.
