This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to be part of a positive and motivating team setting.What You'll be Doing:Greeting members with genuine warmth and providing world-class customer serviceManaging check-ins, memberships, enquiries, bookings and salesKeeping the gym floor secure, tidy and motivatingAssisting members with equipment and basic exercise techniqueSupporting trainers and staff with daily operationsEnsuring the gym is spotless, organised and running smoothlyHelping create an uplifting,



positive gym cultureKey Requirements:Must have minimum Certificate III in FitnessExperience in the fitness industry and customer serviceAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for fitness and wellnessAbout You:You're someone who:Loves working with people and makes everyone feel welcomeIs confident, bubbly and great at problem-solvingTakes pride in keeping spaces clean and presentableHas robust communication and multitasking skillsShows initiative and works well both independently and in a teamBrings positive vibes and allows your personality to shineIs willing and able to work weekendsFitness industry experience is a bonus — but not essential.
