We are seeking a hands‑on warehouse staff member to lead our warehouse operations with a strong focus on attitude, safety, cleanliness, and team culture. This role suits someone who leads from the front, sets high standards, and takes pride in building a safe, organised, and high‑performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Drive a strong safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑organised warehouse environment at all times
- Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met and improved
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control systems
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
