Working across our bar, gaming and member areas, you'll supervise service, support the team, and help maintain the high standards our members and guests have come to expect.

About the Role

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing service while actively working alongside the team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you'll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with the Hospitality Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the venue, while also being confident in taking ownership of shifts and making sound decisions when working independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising daily bar and gaming operations.
- Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Supporting and mentoring staff throughout each shift.
- Opening and closing the venue, including alarms, cash handling and venue security.
- Gaming and bar reconciliations, POS balancing and float management.
- Monitoring stock levels, changing kegs and maintaining presentation standards.
- Coordinating Friday night raffles, members draws and Club promotions.
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG and gaming legislation.
- Maintaining a clean,



safe and welcoming environment throughout the Club.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Working closely with Team Leaders and Management to ensure the smooth operation of the venue.

About You

We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident leading a team in a busy hospitality environment.

You will bring:

- A minimum of 5 years' hospitality experience, ideally within a club, hotel or gaming venue.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and gaming procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with cash handling, reconciliations and POS systems.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
- A professional attitude, robust work ethic and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
- Gaming Industry Employee License
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
