Build and maintain solid customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Your ProfileMinimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations, or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industryAt least 2 years' leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staffProven track record of driving and achieving sales growthStrong communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operationsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI managementPreferredBusiness-level proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others)Experience in Asian food distribution or related industriesExperience reporting to senior executivesStrong negotiation and customer relationship management skillsKnowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale market
