Built on a founding purpose of improving health in regional and rural communities and now partnering with over 350 doctors, the company is unique amongst its peers in recording and reporting on patient health outcomes.ResponsibilitiesFront desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)Liaise with patients and their families, GP's, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate mannerScanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and resultsAll general reception,



administrative and medical support duties as requiredProvide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as requiredBe a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical teamAbility to work independently and as a teamMedical Reception experience would be an advantage but not a requirement as training will be provided.Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a quick-paced environmentConfident in the use of technologyShow initiative and work productively within a team environmentAbility to multi-task and prioritise dutiesAbility to work alone and as part of a close teamExceptional time management skillsEstablish and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleaguesBe available to work between 7:45am and 5:30pm weekdays.If you meet the essential criteria, we look forward to receiving your application for this outstanding role within the Ochre Family.
