Darebin City Council is seeking an Employment Pathways & Programs Officer to lead employment pathway programs, student placements, work experience and volunteering opportunities. You will build staff capability, engage with stakeholders, and create pathways into learning, workforce participation and employment.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and support talent attraction, workforce development, volunteering and employment
