Our client is an ISO accredited advisory firm. They are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in optimising and scaling their internal business systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance, HR, and workflow platforms, improving processes, and partnering closely with stakeholders in a regulated financial services workplace.

About the role You will own and continuously improve the firm’s core business systems, ensuring they are reliable, secure, integrated, and well adopted across the organisation. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you’ll drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements while supporting strong governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

- Own and optimise core business systems to improve efficiency, usability, and data quality
- Identify process inefficiencies and deliver system, integration, and automation improvements
- Support system upgrades, testing, change initiatives, and user adoptionProvide hands‑on user support, training, and clear system documentation




- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to align systems with business needs
- Support data governance, information security, and ISO‑aligned compliance practices
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning

About you

- Proven experience working in small to medium‑sized organisations within financial services (essential)
- Strong background supporting and improving business systems in a professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and system optimisation
- Confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong commitment to data security, confidentiality, and governance best practice
