CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver high-calibre maintenance services within a busy commercial setting in Melbourne. You will respond to fault/breakdown requests, conduct routine checks and oversee scheduled maintenance across multiple sites.

You will manage site operations to minimise disruption, assist with tenant liaison and contractor coordination, and ensure cost-efficient asset management. A Saturday supervision brief may arise.
