With a customer-first approach and a high-performing, cooperative culture, they are continuing to grow and are seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their in-house team.This is an exciting opportunity for a legal qualified who enjoys variety, autonomy, and partnering closely with the business to drive commercial outcomes.The Opportunity;Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide strategic and practical legal advice across a broad range of matters, with a key focus on commercial disputes and contract management.Key Responsibilities;Manage a broad portfolio of commercial disputes, including debt recovery, damaged equipment claims, personal injury matters, and commercial litigationDevelop dispute strategies that balance commercial outcomes with legal riskDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of contracts including customer, supplier, procurement, IT,
