The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to lead its commercial finance and FP&A; function.
This pivotal role involves partnering with executive and senior business leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making, leading the FP&A; function to deliver insightful analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting, and developing compelling financial narratives for executive and Board decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading capital investment planning, driving commercial growth through financial analysis and business case development, and leading finance transformation initiatives to embed best practice processes and capabilities.The ideal candidate for the Head of Commercial Finance position at the company will be a commercially focused finance leader with a CA or CPA qualification and a proven track record in leading commercial finance and FP&A; functions within large, complex organizations.




Solid cross-functional business partnering experience, exceptional commercial acumen, and advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills are essential.
The role requires a leader with a solid background in finance transformation, the ability to influence at the executive level, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The candidate should also have a robust leadership experience, with a focus on uplifting capability and developing high-performing teams, and be adept at transforming complex financial information into clear, compelling stories that influence decision-making.
