Based at our Petersham location and we are minutes from bus and train stations.Working days Tuesday to Saturday.Job Description:Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will:Engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat,



providing top-notch sales and service support.Process and verify customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.Utilize your sales skills to offer alternative solutions and upsell products where appropriate.Take proactive steps to maintain high service standards, including initiating corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with various internal teams, including warehouse, technical support, sales, and management, to ensure seamless operations.Foster and maintain positive relationships across all internal departments to enhance teamwork and productivity.Candidates Requirements:A solid focus on customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanour.Preferably experienced in processing sales orders.
