We are seeking a reliable and experienced in office Resort Management Couple / Resident Managers for our Sunshine Coast resort.
This role will suit a skilled couple who are highly energetic and able to be "hands‐on" in this role with a sound understanding of management rights operations.The successful candidates will be responsible for working in all areas of the resort including reception, maintenance, grounds, facilities, pool maintenance and supervision of housekeeping staff.
The Applicants should possess the drive, experience, and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer services.This is a live‐in contract position with an apartment supplied.
Remuneration is to be discussed and dependent on experience.Key Position Criteria Include:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a resort management roleExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work autonomouslyTrust accounting and daily trust account reconciliationEOM reconciliation/reporting and all other aspects of administrationGrounds, building and pool maintenanceManaging the housekeeping teamLiaising with key stakeholders including Owners/Body Corporate and attending meetingsThe ability to be goal driven and focused on achieving resultsFriendly and accurate handling of all guest queries and requestsOutgoing positive personality with robust decision‐making skills
