About the Opportunity
You'll play a key role in maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across manufacturing plant and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
- Service, repair and replace mechanical components.
- Install, commission and modify production machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams.
- Complete maintenance records and work orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
- Participate in planned shutdowns.
Experience & Skills
- Trade qualified Mechanical Maintenance Fitter (Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical fault‑finding and preventative maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
