Your Role

Your primary objective is to drive sales within your territory, building on our company's existing client base and initiating new business development. Driven to succeed, you will conduct first class service in a first class way, seeking the discipline of knowledge not the anarchy of ignorance. The ideal candidate will be able to combine personal genius with an inspiring work rate.

Selection Criteria





The ideal candidate will display the following attributes:

Ability to attend theatre and provide technical advice on instrumentation to support surgical procedures

Proven sales record of achieving and/or exceeding targets

Clinical background with ability to quickly understand and apply technical information

Ability to develop key relationships and convert new business opportunities

Operating theatre experience is desirable for the successful candidate

Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Current driver's licence and the ability to travel is essential to this role

A Tertiary qualification with emphasis on anatomy, physiology, pathology, physiotherapy or nursing is essential. Having had experience within a medical discipline, coupled with a solid sales/ business development background and eagerness to learn will see you achieve great things with our company.
