Are you a Clinical Support Nurse (Registered Nurse)who is passionate about resident-centred care?

We have an opportunity for experienced nurse to join our clinical team. Our residential aged care home has 105 places offering permanent, respite and specialised dementia care. You will work in a beautiful setting that feels like home, with an experienced team who love to make people smile and have big hearts. We are specifically looking for a Clinical Support Nurse (Registered Nurse) to work along side our Clinical Care Coordinator.

We need an experienced RN who has:

- Aged care experience
- Knowledge ofAccreditation and local government standards
- Knowledge of AN-ACC
- Experience with care planning, assessments and documentation
- Experience in staff and student on boarding, mentoring staff on the floor.
- Experience with managing training / education matrix's and booking in student placements.
- Experience working in a person-centred care environment
- Competence with IT systems and willingness to learn new systems
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current Police check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check





We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with the team to find solutions
- Calm under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, positive person who can work autonomously

We would love you to have (not essential):

- Specialised dementia care experience or other clinical skills
- Post-graduate qualifications
