Remo Contractors Pty Ltd are offering an exciting 6 month full-time employment contract opportunity for a Junior/Graduate Civil Construction Project Manager to join our family owned and operated business.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities

- Work closely with the Senior Project Management Team

- Outline budgets based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget

- Ensure all work is completed in line with the company's quality management system

- Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring works are delivered to their satisfaction





- Management of sub-contractors, including performance monitoring and financial management

- Drafting and submitting progress claims and invoices

- Undertake frequent site inspections and audits to assess compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:

- Professional interpersonal and communications skills

- Good team player and effective leader who is able to motivate their project team

- Good time management skills and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks at once

- Experienced in MS Office software

- A high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly developed time management, scheduling, planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

- Must hold a current valid Australian Drivers Licence

- Must hold a Construction Industry White Card
