Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming mannerMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while respecting confidentialityHandling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficientlyManaging billing and payment processesRecording clinical measurements for doctors' oversight such as height, weight, hearing, urine and lung function testing (training provided).




Assisting with general administrative duties in both GP & Occupational Health to support the clinic's operationsEssential Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learnStrong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independentlyFriendly, compassionate, and caring natureHonest and reliableExceptional work ethic with a robust ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environmentProficient computer and literacy skillsPrevious technician or administration experience, preferably in a medical setting highly regardedValid driver's license and reliable transportationDesirable Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be a plus:Experience with Best Practice Software is an advantagePrevious experience in a GP or Occupational Health Clinic desirable but not essentialCertificate in Spirometry issued by Training Provider accredited/registered with RSHQ
