What you'll do

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of motor claims, from the initial report to final resolution, ensuring adherence to Gallagher Bassett's policies and procedures throughout the process.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to collect essential information that facilitates efficient claims processing.
- Analyze claims data to assess validity and determine appropriate resolutions, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall claims management efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities and communications in the claims management system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to keep them informed about the status of their claims and any necessary next steps.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in motor claims management or a similar field,



demonstrating a solid understanding of the claims process.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and practices relevant to motor claims.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions regarding claims outcomes.

- Familiarity with claims management software and tools that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Relevant educational qualifications in insurance, risk management, or a related field that provide a solid foundation for the role.
