Apollo Bay Hotel is on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team in one of Victoria's most iconic coastal destinations. Whether you're already a Duty Manager or an experienced supervisor ready to step up, this is your next move on the Outstanding Ocean Road .

About the Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll lead front-line teams across food, beverage, gaming and events, supervising shifts, coaching staff, and handling guest service and recovery. You'll also manage day-to-day operations - opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, cellar operations and venue security - plus support training, onboarding, rostering and performance management to hit labour and operational targets.

- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Experience in food and beverage operations




- Sound understanding of compliance and venue operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude, resilience and accountability
- Current RSA and relevant state-based qualifications essential
