Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter / Service Adviser to join our team.About the RoleThis is a full-time position suited to someone with robust organisational skills, excellent customer service and experience sourcing and interpreting marine or automotive parts.




The role also involves assisting customers with service enquiries and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpreting and sourcing marine parts and accessoriesAssisting customers with service enquiries and bookingsProviding excellent customer service and communicationLiaising with suppliers, customers and workshop techniciansProcessing parts orders, invoices and job cardsManaging stock control and inventoryCoordinating workshop parts requirementsReceiving and checking deliveriesMaintaining accurate records and systemsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Parts Interpreter and/or Service Adviser preferredMarine industry experience highly regardedStrong customer service and communication skillsGood computer and organisational skillsAbility to work in a rapid-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailPositive attitude and solid work ethicWhat We OfferEstablished family-owned business operating since Supportive team environmentStable full time employmentOpportunity to grow within the marine industryCompetitive salary based on experienceIf you are reliable, organised and enjoy working with customers in the marine industry, we would love to hear from you.
