About The Role
We're looking for an experienced hands‐on SMP Supervisor lead crews across structural, mechanical, piping and FRP projects across mining and industrial projects.
This isn't a desk job.
You'll be leading by example—supervising crews while remaining actively involved in the work when required.
You'll coordinate daily site activities, maintain safety standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
The role is based in our Thornton office and involves regular travel to projects throughout NSW and Mt Isa, working across both surface and underground mining environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and work along side teams across SMP and FRP (form, reo & pour)

About You
Trade qualified or previous hands‐on industry experienceNSW Supervisor ticket (G1, G8 or G9) or equivalentStrong hands on experience across FRP, structural, mechanical and piping construction worksPrevious supervisory experience in mining, construction or heavy industryUnderground mining experience highly regardedStrong leadership with a practical "lead from the front" mindset.Additional tickets (confined space, working at heights, operator, non slew crane) advantageousAbility to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing
